Documents for negotiation or discussion at the meeting

There are three key documents for the meeting: the Draft Terms of Reference, the Draft Rules of Procedures and the Draft Work Programme Framework. The documents are available in English, French, Spanish and Russian. The documents are available in PDF or .doc formats.

A: Draft Terms of Reference. The document attached is the document that was circulated in the electronic consultation. Countries are invited to make the comments raised on the draft.
